I’ve just been watching a clip of Gordon Broon talking about Swine Flu. The sight of him trying to coax his funereal features into some semblance of a smile because his P.R. people have told him to is nauseating.

Full Diary Syndrome

Councillor and crooner Andrew (Andy) Williams has been struck down with the highly contagious ‘Full Diary Syndrome’ (FDS) This all too common ailment can strike small town politicos deaf, dumb and invisible and is usually sparked off by the more common ‘Difficult Question’ bug. (Andy) who has worked his way up from nothing to office boy, has done much for his home town of Ripon: he once sat in a model Spitfire on the market place, and on another occasion he said he didn’t want coach parties to go to Thirsk!

The plans have been dropped apparently because the profit margin has decreased.........We thought recycling was less about profit and more about the environment.
