Councillor and crooner Andrew (Andy) Williams has been struck down with the highly contagious ‘Full Diary Syndrome’ (FDS) This all too common ailment can strike small town politicos deaf, dumb and invisible and is usually sparked off by the more common ‘Difficult Question’ bug. (Andy) who has worked his way up from nothing to office boy, has done much for his home town of Ripon: he once sat in a model Spitfire on the market place, and on another occasion he said he didn’t want coach parties to go to Thirsk!
