Kampmann couldn't make the transition from 4-3 end to 3-4 linebacker in Dom Capers' scheme. He was gone after a year. My experience has been that bookwork is one thing, but life experience is a totally different animal.Life experience is "doing" and bookwork is "theorizing."I've learned volumes more through the working world than I would ever learn in a classroom."Doing" has a much bigger impact for learning.If life experience is an invalid source to learn, then why are elementary schools starting to offer courses that are more "life experience" oriented?And why do the majority of continuing education programs tout the fact that their courses are... "life experience oriented?"I think we're starting to see the picture. 7. Talk about specific achievement:- The interviewer may ask about your particular success.
