Best place for him - on the street
It is cruel to mock Sid. He cant help being a bear of little brain. If he is good enough to be Lord Mayor of Ripon then he must one of Ripon's best mustn't he? He should obviously stand as Ripon's MP. He could become the first illiterate PM. Andy could write his speeches for him.
Of course as ex- mayor he would have to have his own barrow parking space near the Cabmans Shelter
